Pastor Andy Gray

Catalyst for Harmony was launched in 2022 by Pastor Andy Gray. He has a long-enduring and relentless passion for being a catalyst for cultivating harmony in the Body of Christ by breaking down social, economic, and racial barriers that have for so long fractured the church and divided our communities.

Teaming truth, empathy, understanding, and compassion, he strives to build bridges and partnerships between people and churches. He began pastoring in 1997 and planted at The Urban Refuge Church in South Minneapolis from 2003 and served there through 2021.
